For over two decades, our practice has reimagined the way people live by creating uplifting, light-filled spaces that balance modern innovation with a timeless sense of beauty. Coffey Residential, a specialist arm of Coffey Architects, craft homes that have been twice shortlisted for the RIBA House of the Year Award and honoured with multiple RIBA Awards. In 2023 we won the coveted BDOnline Individual House Architect of the Year for our body of work.
Led by Phil Coffey—named BDOnline’s Young Architect of the Year in 2012—our team believes that light is more than just an architectural element; it’s a source of wellbeing.
