Phil Coffey, director of Coffey Residential, is recognised for his innovative designs that blend space and light into unique architecture. He excels in client communication and creating customised solutions. Phil's work emphasises natural light and biophilic elements, making homes more inviting. An influential figure in the industry, he has earned several awards, including the RIBA Stephen Lawrence Prize, Building Design Young Architect of the Year, and multiple RIBA Awards. Coffey Residential has also been shortlisted for the RIBA House of the Year on three occasions.
